CHASE STONE BARN ~ Josh....Please Make a Video Here!
The Stone Barn was built in 1903 and is on the State and National Register of Historic Places because it is one of the last surviving all-fieldstone barns in the country. Its walls are made of solid stone and mortar and are two feet thick.
In 2007 the small rural town of Chase purchased the stone barn so they could protect it and make it into a historic park. Once restored it will include a venue for events including tractor shows, auctions, weddings and receptions, and barn dances. It will also have a rustic museum educating people about rural farm life.
Josh is from Cedarburg, WI, which is not far from the Chase Stone Barn in Pulaski, WI. The stone barn would make a great place for a country music video. It would give Josh a lot of local publicity since he is from WI, and it will also help promote this great historic preservation project.
Please check out the stone barn on our town website at www.townofchase.org.
Thanks!

On another note - My name is Judy Core and I happen to be a real estate developer. I am extremely familiar with grants, low interest loans and other financing options available for community development. I have extensive experience in historic adaptive reuse projects mainly for multifamily, but I am familiar with historic tax credits and the financing. If you want to give me a shout, email me and I would be happy to help you find additional avenues of funding for the restoration.
